BOOKING POLICY

The service room is for a single client only. Please do not bring children or guests.

CANCELATIONS: I require at least 24 hours notice for cancelations/rescheduling. Clients who cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

LATE CLIENTS + "NO-SHOWS": Please arrive early to ensure time for parking. Clients who are more than 8 minutes late or "no-call-no-show" will have their appointment canceled and charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Please be courteous of the appointment after yours.

DECLINED CARDS: If the card on file declines when being charged a cancelation/"no-show" fee, you have 24 hours to pay through another payment method. If payment is not received then you can no longer rebook an appointment.
